Every single woman in this world wants to look good. When you look good you will feel good, will gain extra confidence.

"Looking good makes you feel more vibrant. You can hold your head up. You feel more confident in your day-to-day goings-on," says Cochran, who is an international trainer and makeup artist for Chicago-based Fashion Pair Cosmetics.

So what all you will be doing for that.? How to improve your skin..? Ofcourse by applying makeup you will look good. But howlong..? There are some tips that one should follow before going to bed. If you follow these 4 easy steps, sure you can maintain your healthy glowing skin.

  • FOR FACE,HANDS,LEGS: Apply moisturizer before going to bed. Choose moisturizer that suits your skin type (Oily, dry, combination or sensitive skin). Moisturizer help firm the skin and fight against aging. Before applying moisturizer, clean your face with cleanser and rinse with toner. You can massage your hands and legs with baby oil or use moisturizer.Exfoliate the skin to remove dead skin cells. This clears the skin pores.
  • FOR LIPS,ORAL: Apply lip balm or petroleum jelly. Brush your teeth before going to bed. Use mouth wash/Salt water(should be warm) to gargle. This kills the bacteria in mouth. Mouth washes may also be used to help remove mucous and food particles deeper down in the throat.
  • FOR EYES: You might be working for hours infront of the computer. Place a piece of cucumber on your eyes to reduce tension. This will reduce dark circle around eyes or may prevent dark circles formation.
  • SLEEP AT YOUR BACK: Smashing your face into a pillow creates fold lines that eventually become permanent if they're repeated every night. Spending time on your back also helps counter the effects of gravity that accumulate during the day. In a recent study of 38 women and men, Japanese researchers found there was greater wrinkling in the afternoon than in the morning; they concluded that the face literally falls with gravity as the day progresses. At night, you get a chance to reverse that.

Fruits That Adds Beauty

We are always told to eat our fruits and vegetables, but fruits and their high vitamin C content can actually do wonders for your skin's appearance. Besides fighting off colds, vitamin C prevents pigmentation clumping (which leads to age spots) and strengthens capillaries so they don't break or bruise easily (this helps skin because you won't see tiny red lines on your face, especially around your nose and eyes). You can also get loads of vitamin C from dark green veggies like broccoli and spinach.
Here i am giving you some tips to make your skin glow and look younger. Its simple to follow. Just try it out. Based on different types of skin we can use different fruit pack.

  • Oily Skin: If you have oily skin, firstly use a tomato slice on your face and rinse off with water. This works like a fresh astringent and closes the pores. Next use Orange, as it removes the impurities caused by greasiness. It also gives a glow without looking greasy. Take half a teaspoon of orange juice, add four to five drops of lime juice, add half a teaspoon of multani mitti (Fullers Earth), half a teaspoon of sandalwood powder, a few drops of rosewater and mix it well. Refrigerate it for a little while if you wish. Mix well, apply it and keep it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with water.
  • Dry Skin: Banana is good for your skin as it acts as a moisturiser and softens the skin. Mash a small banana, add half teaspoon of sandalwood powder, add six to seven drops of honey. Add half a teaspoon of malai and a pinch of haldi powder. Haldi brightens your skin. Mix well, apply and keep it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with plain water.
  • Combination Skin: If you have this skin type, your T-zone is usually oily and the C-zone is dry. This means, your forehead and cheeks are dry and the rest is oily. So here, you can use the oily skin pack for the portion that is oily and the dry skin pack for the part that is dry.
  • Normal Skin: If you have normal or 'fresh skin', pomegranate will work well for you. Take half teaspoon of pomegranate juice; use a little piece of banana, add half a teaspoon of sweet lime, a pinch of haldi powder, a pinch of multani mitti and half a teaspoon of sandalwood powder. Mix well and apply. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off with plain water. If you are unable to get pomegranate, you can use cucumber instead.
